 Banana is a herb!!

Banana is a fruit that can help relieve symptoms of indigestion in the stomach (Dyspepsia) very well.

Always eating a banana can make your stomach be strong.

The problem of acid in the stomach are decreased.

Some people who have stomach ulcer can be improved symptoms.

Banana also provide a medicinal herb that rice can not.

In addition banana can cause us to lose weight

because it's low in fat and a good source of fiber,

potassium, magnesium, iron, and folic acid

Although bananas can help us reduce weight,

 we would diet attenuated with concurrent exercise

my favorite singer.

My favorite singer is Girls' Generation or So Nyeo Si Dae (SNSD) in Korean name.

Girls' Generation is nine-member from South Korea.

They are pop girl group from  S.M. Entertainment .

The leader is Kom taeyeon and the others member is Jessica , Sunny , Tiffany, Hyoyeon, Yuri, sooyoung, Yoona, and the last is seohyun.

First time that I saw they at Siam several years ago,they are promote Gee,

 by the time, I don't know they ,then my friend suggested me to listen  their music and see their MV

went to see their concert and there are many ways to do.

My favorite place to relax is Chomtien beach ,Pattaya.

Chomtien beach is very beautiful.The sky at here is so clear. It is very peaceful.

I like to been there,its white and beautiful beach.


Last time I been there,
 I ate a lot of seafood especially steamed shrimp and papaya salad , grill chicken and soda.
I spend a lot of time with my family and played together ,which is not available in normal day because they are work out all day and I have to study at the university.
So I was very happy !!

I want to went back at the beach for touch the fresh air , white and beautiful beach once.

Pattaya is nice city and attract many people to been there.

It's near Bangkok and easy to go there.
